As each meal plan is different, they will contain different meal options and ingredients depending on your choice of plan or dietary option.

All MenuMades meal plans include the Menus, Shopping list & the Recipes with additional tips, hints and ideas to help make meal prepping, cooking or storing that little bit easier.

The Menu

Start your week knowing exactly what you're going to be eating and feeding your family. Our Menu for each week is pre-planned and broken into meals for each day. You may choose to swap meals around or cook your favourite meals a few times. Our menus are adaptable and interchangeable.

Shopping list

Our shopping list for the whole month is broken down into weekly lists. This shows what ingredients and quantities are required for that weeks meals.  As indicated in the red writing on the list, if you have left over ingredients from the previous week then you won't need to purchase more. You are able to adapt our shopping lists to your preferred ingredients or flavours.  Either store this list digitally on your phone or device to keep it with you at all times, or print it off and use it as a checklist to mark off the items you need.

Recipes

Our easy to follow recipes make cooking your meals very simple. Follow the step by step instructions or adapt them to your preferred methods. Use our recipes for enjoyable healthy meals, or use them as inspiration or an idea to create your own versions.

The "prep for tomorrow" section shows you how to be prepared for the following days lunch and to be prepared for cooking the following night.
